This Petal mug holds true to it's name and shape. A playful mug resembling the likeness of a flower or "bulak". Handmade mug & hand painted in the Bulak Collection colors in a glossy finish.

Material: Black stoneware clay & Food safe glaze.

Size: 8cm diameter x 7cm tall. Liquid capacity holds up to 200ml.

About this collection:

The Bulak collection has many meanings. It is named after the location where our first studio was born: Bulak, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Bulak also means "Flower" In our local Visayan dialect. The colors in this series are colors inspired by my homeland, the feeling of how the place felt, of earth tones, deep blue oceans, whisps of sandy colors and volcanic soil. A playful nod to nature in a ceramic piece.
