Handling Time 

All orders and each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped in the packaging boxes. Please allow 3 business days after your payment is confirmed for us to send your package. 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Packages within the Netherlands and Europe are shipped via PostNL. All parcels include tracking information. 

• The Netherlands: 2–3 business days after dispatch

* At the moment we are only shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. 

Duties & Taxes 

European Union: All shipping prices include VAT. 

 

Damaged Parcels
